CASEY BOWEN

I believe that writing is a way to express our thoughts, define our emotions and articulate our experiences. I believe that no matter how old you are you can always learn something new. I believe that something good can come out of even the bleakest situations. I believe that making mistakes is the best thing we can do because it teaches and forces us to grow.

From an early age, I recognized my passion for people, love for writing and desire to explore the creativity that is constantly around us. Traveling around the world has inspired me and given me the curiosity to learn more about the cultures, places, and people around the globe. Climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro, paragliding in Switzerland, and backpacking in Costa Rica are experiences, tattooed in the back of my mind, that have given me the opportunity to challenge myself and seek adventure.

Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, I knew that the day I graduated high school I was looking for a new experience where I could take a leap and step out of my comfort zone. Captivated by the sense of family, spirit, and opportunity I found myself at Auburn University and there has not been a day since that I regret my decision. Auburn has given me the ability to grow as an adult, strive to do new things, and the chance to create incredible friendships and connections.

I am self-motivated and dedicated to always putting forth my best work. With two very strong parents, I have grown to understand what it means to be independent, hardworking and learn to do things for myself. The field of public relations excites me because of the endless opportunity to connect with people, ideas, and brands.

Enjoy looking around my website and getting to know a little bit more about me!
